What happens during an intuitive healing session.

Each session has a life of it's own.
We will have a chat about what is happening in your life at the moment and what you would like insight and guidance about. This can be about emotional, physical or spiritual issues. We talk for about half an hour. During this time, I assist you in uncovering what is going on, where you may be stuck and what beliefs you may have that have brought you to this place. The energy work begins during this conversation. I begin pulling out old beliefs and programming to reveal what is underneath.
From there, we transition to the hands-on healing.
While you lie on a healing table I will assess your energy bodies and chakras to feel for stuck energy. As I tune in with your energy, I am shown where to put my hands.
I may pull blocks out of you, sweep  them away, or use my breath to blow them away.
I may receive messages for you from your guides and angels or from loved ones that have crossed over. I have access to the Akashic records and can heal past life energy and clear old contracts that may be adversely affecting your current situation. 

The healing energy works on all levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Past lives and other aspects of your essential being are also affected by the work.
You may experience tingling, heat, emotional releases and insights.
The energy is very relaxing and peaceful,  and powerfully effective.


What happens after a session.

Often after energy work you will feel fabulous. The energy will continue to integrate for a few days and sometimes for a week after the session. During this time you may feel energized or you may feel sleepy. Drinking plenty of water is recommended, as is spending quiet time with yourself and resting if you need it. 
Emotions may come up to be released. This is a normal part of the healing process.

The cost per in-person session is $80 for 60 minutes and $40 for 30 minutes.
I am available at a private location in Pawtucket RI (I have cats), It's My Health in Cumberland RI, or house calls for an additional fee.

About the work I do.

I have long stopped practicing specific modalities.
I simply allow the energy to flow through me and do that which I am guided to do, leaving the thinking mind behind.

I have a strong connection with my guides, or as I sometimes call them, my team. They assist me in the healing, guiding me to ask certain questions and amplifying the energy work.
Often clients will experience multiple hands on them during a session.
I also utilize my strong empathic and telepathic abilities to tune into a person's energy. I am able to work in different dimensions and between dimensions, tuning in to the many unseen realms that are influencing us behind the scenes.

I am continually growing and exploring. Being present for my clients and being open to the unknown revealing itself is my way. I am open to the limitless possibility of creation.
