July 2015 View this email in your browser July 2015 The energy has been intense. I always know there's a big energetic shift happening when suddenly everyone is contacting me for a session. I've noticed a theme of frustration happening with a lot of clients. Many of us fall into the trap of thinking that we have felt with all of our issues and that life will be a breeze from here on out. Life keeps happening. To us. For us. Through us. We are constantly put into positions to grow. Often these circumstances aren't pretty or comfortable, but this discomfort is what gets us to change and grow. We are collectively shifting and releasing and moving through our emotional bodies. Letting go of energetic crap is messy, but we must go through the mess to clean it up. It can be related to cleaning out a closet. Take everything out and put it in a heap on the floor. One by one, pick up and examine each object. Ask yourself: Is this something I need? Will I use this in my life? Is this just taking up space? Is it getting in the way of me finding the good stuff that I am looking for? By questioning what we have been holding onto in our energetic closest, we can gain insight and make the life choices that will  free up our energy bodies and allow us more clarity. Less distraction. Less baggage.  Let go of what no longer serves you. You will have much more space in your life for freedom and joy. I am available to assist you on your journey of self discovery and freedom.
