August 2014 Events View this email in your browser August 2014 Back in the Swing As some of you may have noticed, there was no July newsletter from me. Time has been flying by and I've been attempting to have a relaxing summer. (Ask me how that's going.) I've committed myself to spending more time practicing at the Providence Zen Center, a place where there are actually no interruptions, except for interviews with zen masters. It's amazing that something as simple as paying attention to your breath can be so centering and transformative. Having a structured practice really helps me because otherwise, I'm all over the place, as you will see below. In addition to the regular Group Healing scheduled on Fridays at Santosha, I will now be offering Group Healing on the first and third Mondays of the month at The First Spiritualist Church of RI in East Providence. Bring a mat, blanket and pillow . Shawn Aceto and I are offering two venues for our Crystal Bowl intuitive healing events,Heart of PeaceDale andThe Sage Cauldron. Shawn and I are once again joining forces with Gongs of Joy and A. Michelle for an amazing journey through sound and energy at  Providence Power Yoga beginning August 9 from 6 - 7:30 PM. Bring a mat, blanket and pillow. This will be a monthly event! As always, I am available for private sessions in Cranston and Cumberland (I also make house calls for an additional fee), private Group Healing events, ilahinoor gatherings, weddings, and more to come! Community WellCare Day Sunday August 3 12 - 4 PM $20 Heart of Peacedale Join us on the first Sundays of the month as Heart of Peacedale opens it's doors for an amazing day of healing. Multiple energy healers, massage and card readers will be available for one small price. This month, we have Intuitive Healer Shawn Aceto, Heidi Gabrilowittz offering Integrated Energy Therapy, Bonita Guerrero offering Reconnective Healing, Laura Terry Capizzano offering card readings, and me doing Intuitive Healing.
